Giving You the Best Experience

We love all of our clients at Eternity Nails USA, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Nail Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Need to Cancel?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge the full appointment fee. Funds will need to be collected and pre-payment will need to be made before rebooking the appointment.

New Client?

All new clients are required to pre-pay for their to hold their 1st appointment

Running Late?

Sometimes we cannot get to where we need to be on time.  Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment there will a $30 late arrival fee.

Tips Are Appreciated

Our nail technicians work very hard to achieve to desired results leaving you plenty of reasons to smile.  For convenience unless otherwise directed a 15% gratuity will be added at the checkout of your appointment.
